The Professional Academy of Modeling and Acting (better known as PAMA) is a modeling and talent agency located in Huntsville, Alabama.

PAMA Inc. was founded in August of 1989 by Marie Hewett, a former model, ladies apparel buyer, merchandise manager, and fashion coordinator. She has worked in the fashion industry for many years.

Gayle Cochran, with over a decade of modeling and acting experience, joined Marie as a partner in early 2004 and together they strive to maintain professionalism in the modeling and acting fields, while searching for and promoting new talent.

PAMA’s contacts with various agents in the US and abroad are invaluable to anyone seeking a career in modeling and acting. The agency has the expertise to help you accomplish your goals, be it self-improvement, pageant preparation, or a professional modeling or acting career.

Models with previous training will be accepted into the agency by audition.

For the inexperienced model, PAMA offers five week long workshops for teens/adults, which cover basic and advanced runway modeling, social graces, poise, skin care, makeup, hair, photography, TV commercials, and professional ethics.

We also offer preschool and preteen workshops for children starting at the age of four. In addition, private classes are available by appointment.
