Our clients make those decisions.
We will however, make every effort to promote all talents accepted
into the agency. |

Talent
Responsibilities More and more our
clients are booking talent directly from our website…your web page has become
your comp card and resume. Clients expect our information about you to be
accurate and up-to-date. To stay competitive, PAMA must be able to reach you,
book you, and pay you quickly. It is your responsibility to provide PAMA
up-to-date photos, stats, and contact info. |
|
|
Notify
PAMA when any of the following change: |
|
|
Contact
Information: |
Cell Phone, Home Phone, Address, or e-mail address. |
|
Physical
Attributes: |
Height, Sizes, Hair Color etc. (The

|
Photo Guidelines: - Provide PAMA with
recent photos, preferably less that a year old. - When possible, provide
electronic copies of photos to PAMA, either via e-mail or by CD/DVD. - When providing
prints to PAMA, place them in something substantial to prevent bending, water
damage, etc. - Please do not
provide originals or “your only copy” of photos or electronic media to PAMA …
PAMA cannot be held responsible for photos or electronic media that are lost
or damaged. - Models should
provide as much diversity as possible in the photos submitted to PAMA:
headshots and full bodies; multiple profiles; some smiling, some not; casual,
business; hair formal, informal, etc. NO
MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS, PLEASE! - It’s the talent’s
responsibility to obtain permission for use of the photos on the PAMA web
site. We already have agreements in
place with many photographers. We can
provide forms and assistance if you need help. Our website photos are low-res copies
unsuitable for high-quality printing. - If you have
tear-sheets from magazines, newspapers, or other print work you have done,
please provide a copy to PAMA. Our clients
prefer to see real work you have done. - PAMA welcomes
your input into what photos go onto your website, but PAMA will make the
ultimate decisions. |

revoked and dismissal from the agency. - Please review your web page/resume
periodically for errors and omissions. |
