Acceptance Criteria

- PAMA graduates are automatically accepted into the agency

- Other talents will be accepted by audition only.  Please make an appointment.

Talent Responsibilities

More and more our clients are booking talent directly from our website…your web page has become your comp card and resume. Clients expect our information about you to be accurate and up-to-date. To stay competitive, PAMA must be able to reach you, book you, and pay you quickly. It is your responsibility to provide PAMA up-to-date photos and personal info.

Notify PAMA when any of the following change:

Contact Information:

Cell Phone, Home Phone, Address, or e-mail address.

Physical Attributes:

Height, Sizes, Hair Color etc. (The difference in one inch in height can be career changing!)

Photo Guidelines:

- Provide PAMA with recent photos, preferably less that a year old.

- When possible, provide electronic copies of photos to PAMA, either via e-mail or by CD/DVD.

- When providing prints to PAMA, place them in something substantial to prevent bending, water damage, etc.

- Please do not provide originals or “your only copy” of photos or electronic media to PAMA … PAMA cannot be held responsible for photos or electronic media that are lost or damaged.

- Models should provide as much diversity as possible in the photos submitted to PAMA: headshots and full bodies; multiple profiles; some smiling, some not; casual, business; hair formal, informal, etc. NO MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS, PLEASE!

- It’s the talent’s responsibility to obtain permission for use of the photos on the PAMA web site.  We already have agreements in place with many photographers.  We can provide forms and assistance if you need help.  Our website photos are low-res copies unsuitable for high-quality printing.

- If you have tear-sheets from magazines, newspapers, or other print work you have done, please provide a copy to PAMA.  Our clients prefer to see real work you have done.

- PAMA welcomes your input into what photos go onto your website, but PAMA will make the ultimate decisions.

Web Page Guidelines:

- You must sign a consent form to have a personal web-page.  Talent under 18 must have the consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.  This form must be witnessed and taken to the PAMA office.

- It is your responsibility to keep your resume updated.  Please provide updates on an annual basis in electronic format if possible, preferably Microsoft Word.

- Notify PAMA by e-mail for access to the PAMA personal web pages. A username and password will be provided to you.

- For your protection, do not provide your username and password to anyone else without consent of PAMA.  Abuses of your website privileges will result in your account being revoked and dismissal from the agency.

- Please review your web page/resume periodically for errors and omissions.

Client Contact:

When clients contact you directly, refer them to PAMA.  Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the agency.  NEVER contact a client to ask for payment, copies of work, etc.

Agent Contact:

- Keep all phone and e-mail correspondence with your agent as brief as possible.

- Do not call or e-mall PAMA to “check in” unless you are providing updated contact info and/or attribute changes.

- Do not call or e-mail PAMA to find out if you’ve been chosen for a job…PAMA will contact you.

- Do not call or e-mail PAMA to find out when you will be paid for a job. You will be paid soon after our client pay us.

- Due to limited personnel working odd hours, pop-ins at the PAMA Agency office are highly discouraged…make an appointment!

- To contact PAMA e-mail us at pamaagency@comcast.net or call 256-536-5200.  Emergency numbers are provided on the answering machine greeting.  Do not call these numbers except in Emergencies.

- Abuses of PAMA phones may result in dismissal from the agency.
