Talent Guidelines |

Representation Policy If you are on the PAMA website, you are represented by PAMA.
While under PAMA representation, it is unacceptable to be represented by any other
agency within a 90-mile radius. If you were unaware of this policy and are
currently represented or seeking representation by another agency within
90-miles of the PAMA Studio, please contact PAMA immediately to resolve this
matter. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Failure to divulge this information may result in dismissal from the agency. |

Acceptance Criteria - PAMA graduates are automatically accepted into the agency for
representation - Other talents will be accepted by audition only. Please make an appointment if you wish to
audition. - Acceptance into the agency does not guarantee that a talent
will get work. Our clients make those
decisions. We will however, make every
effort to promote all talents accepted into the agency. |

PAMA Agency Fees - No acceptance fee is required to become a PAMA talent - PAMA requires a $25 fee for talents wishing to be on the PAMA
web site (waived for PAMA graduates) to defray costs associated with: Talent databases Client Booking Albums (see photo guidelines) Talent web page design and deployment (model portfolio and/or
actor resume) - PAMA offers an online video capability to allow clients to see
talent in action for an additional fee, which covers: Video audition (slate, mock-commercial shoot) Post-Production & editing Inclusion on talent web page - PAMA’s agency commission is 20% |

Talent Responsibilities More and more our clients are booking
talent directly from our website…your web page has become your comp card and
resume. Clients expect our information about you to be accurate and
up-to-date. To stay competitive, PAMA must be able to reach you, book you,
and pay you quickly. It is your responsibility to provide PAMA up-to-date
photos, stats, and contact info. |

Notify PAMA when any
of the following change: |

Contact Information: |
Cell Phone, Home Phone, Address, or e-mail address. |

Physical Attributes: |
Height, Sizes, Hair Color etc. (The difference in one inch in
height can be career changing!) |

Photo Guidelines - Provide PAMA with recent photos,
preferably less that a year old. - When possible, provide electronic copies
of photos to PAMA, either via e-mail or by CD/DVD. - When providing prints to PAMA,
place them in something substantial to prevent bending, water damage, etc. - Please do not provide originals or
“your only copy” of photos or electronic media to PAMA … PAMA cannot be held
responsible for photos or electronic media that are lost or damaged. - Models should provide as much
diversity as possible in the photos submitted to PAMA: headshots and full
bodies; multiple profiles; some smiling, some not; casual, business; hair
formal, informal, etc. NO MORE THAN 20
PHOTOS, PLEASE! - It’s the talent’s responsibility
to obtain permission for use of the photos on the PAMA web site. We already have agreements in place with
many photographers. We can provide forms
and assistance if you need help. Our
website photos are low-res copies unsuitable for high-quality printing. - If you have tear-sheets from
magazines, newspapers, or other print work you have done, please provide a
copy to PAMA. Our clients prefer to
see real work you have done. - PAMA welcomes your input into what
photos go onto your website, but PAMA will make the ultimate decisions. |

Web Page Guidelines - You must sign a consent form to have a personal
web-page. Talent under 18 must have
the consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian. This form must be witnessed and taken to
the PAMA office. - It is your responsibility to keep your resume updated. Please provide updates on an annual basis in
electronic format if possible, preferably Microsoft Word. - Notify PAMA by e-mail for access to the PAMA personal web
pages. A username and password will be provided to you. - For your protection, do not provide your username and
password to anyone else. Abuses of
your website privileges will result in your account being revoked and
dismissal from the agency. - Please review your web page/resume periodically for errors
and omissions. |

Client Contact When clients contact you directly, refer them to PAMA. Failure to do so will result in dismissal
from the agency. NEVER contact a client to ask for payment, copies of work, etc. |

|
Agent Contact - Keep all phone and e-mail correspondence with your agent as
brief as possible. - Do not call or e-mall PAMA to “check in” unless you are
providing updated contact info and/or attribute changes. - Do not call or e-mail PAMA to find out if you’ve been chosen
for a job…PAMA will contact you. - Do not call or e-mail PAMA to find out when you will be paid for
a job. You will be paid soon after
our client pay us. - Due to limited personnel working odd hours, pop-ins at the
PAMA Agency office are highly discouraged…make an appointment! - To contact PAMA e-mail us at pamaagency@comcast.net or call 256-536-5200. Emergency
numbers are provided on the answering machine greeting. Do not call these numbers except in
Emergencies. - Abuses of PAMA phones may result in dismissal from the
agency. |
